I remember pouring over the seed catalogues and gazing at the racks of seed packs in the store. My foodie-self wanted to try them all. But, how? Could I even do it?

Lesson 6: Direct seeding outdoors. Seeding outdoors is different than seeding indoors. Feel confident with both.
Lesson 7: Troubleshooting. Because you’re doing this FOR REAL, and stuff happens.

At first, I didn’t think I had time.
Then, I went for it, but I didn’t know what I was doing.
Next thing you know, it was 2020, and my garden was full. When grocery store shelves were being emptied, I was able to stay home and let my neighbors have what they needed.

You’ll for sure need seeds and a planting medium, including fertilizer. Depending on your situation, you’ll most likely want a grow light. Christine walks you through thinking about materials you might already have around your house. She also shares some of the things she used when she started, as well as what she uses now. You’ll be set up by the end of Lesson 2. If you feel you need too much, you can stop the course and request a refund.
